Our business model is based on a number of key fees-

• A low entry level upfront Franchise Fee that will provide a great package of support to you in order to get your Luckys site operating effectively.
• A fixed Monthly Royalty Fee that will encourage you to grow the business beyond your expectations.
• A fixed Sales and Marketing Fee that will deliver a superb package of social and digital support for the business, providing great content for the attraction of customers.

Your major investment will be in finding a site and refurbishing it to create a Luckys business in whatever trading style you want to launch with, and such costs varying from as low as £50,000 for a Ghost Kitchen up to £200,000 for a full Diner and Takeaway style.

We are especially keen to talk with existing operators who are looking to breathe new life into their operation-in which case the investments levels will be much lower.
